Our faculty and staff are the backbone of the nourishing temple of education. They are the pillars on whose shoulders the responsibility of the entire framework relies. The Teacher to Student ratio is kept at 1:24 (kept much better than the government notified and other popular schools). The purpose of having smaller classroom strengths is obviously to cater to the needs of each child with more care and affection. Not only are the teachers well trained in this aspect, but also would one find the staff to be selflessly concerned for the children. GVA’s slogan ‘Your child is our child’ is a value inculcated in each one of the faculty and staff member. The environment is extremely conducive for children to feel at home. Our consultants are the nervous system of this backbone. They are involved in the decision making processes from around the world. Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom and France are a few a places where our external consultants are based. They monitor and contribute the world’s best education practices, bringing us at par with the current International education standards.

A brief description of our full time consultants/advisors: Our international advisor Mr. Kuldeep K. Chikna (based out of Toronto, Canada) has been working hard to further the best practices being followed world over in Schools. He visits the campus at least twice a year, though is 24x7 available for to serve the students of Green Valley Academy. Mr. Chikna's experience in the field of education is explicit and diverse.
Various other esteemed advisers namely: Dr. Vijay Rana (Editor, British Broadcasting Services- BBC, London), Mr. Anbarassan Ethirajan (Bureau Chief British Boradcasting Services: https://twitter.com/anbarasanbbc) , and many more such guests regularly visit and enhance the moral of our children from time to time.

Guests Lectures: GVA is proud to share with you the experiences of having esteemed chief guests present themselves on opportune moments. Recently students were swept away by the charms of the inspiring Badminton-Pro Mrs. Manjusha Kanwar (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manjusha_Kanwar). Her badminton victories which made our country proud for more than 17 years, left an awe-inspiring motivation in our students. Impressed with the school curriculum and for working for this social cause, Mrs. Kanwar did not take a second to decide to be associated with our school as a consultant for the school. Among other victories, she won silver at the South Asian Games 2004 in the Mixed doubles with Markose Bristow. Her inspiring story is a source of motivation for the students. Her continued support creates ounces of confidence in students of GVA.

Another of our educational consultant is a young Indian Prodigy we are all proud of Mr. Arjun Vajpai (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arjun_Vajpai) . For those who have ever dreamt of the Mount Everest cannot skip his name. With a history of having numerous world records, such as being the youngest Indian to climb the Mount Everest at the age of 16 years, his story became a manual for many. His bold dreams and their realizations have given our students the courage to dream big.  For example last three year's Sports Day's have been presided by Mr. Vajpai, where on his personal insistence he spends day long sessions with GVA's tiny tots, inculcating enthusiasm and unnerving numerous passions.
